[net.auto] Hey Neal, Phil wanted to know what to do...

frye@cuuxb.UUCP (frye) (03/26/86)

...about the neighbor's cat. Seems the cat likes to sit
on his car. Like Ol' Puddin Head said, "If I owned half
of that dog, I'd shoot my half". Well, if Phil owned
half of that cat....(8-)

I never let any livestock sit on my vehicle. I don't care
how nice the critter is. Get a slingshot and blast him off
the car. In the winter, he may find that its even warmer
to crawl up under the hood. I had a cat pull that crap on me
once. I didn't know he was there 'til I started the car. The
cat went through the fan and got strained through the radiator
core. These little cheap scared radiators may not take that
kinda thing now-a-days. Save yourself some grief. Shoot him
with a slingshot. BUT DON'T HIT THE CAR!

Sorry to seem so cruel, but cats strained through radiators
bother me. And, so do the little tracks their acidy little
litterbox stained feet leave on car paint. Their worse than
birds that've been eating mulberries.
