[gnu.utils.bug] gawk misbehaviour

bfox@AI.MIT.EDU (Brian Fox) (10/15/89)

From /bin/sh on Apple-gunkies:

cat /usr/lib/X11/rgb.txt | gawk '{ print $1 };'
	--> Memory fault - core dumped
cat /usr/lib/X11/rgb.txt | awk
	--> expected output

This will be fixed in 2.11. Scheduled for release Really Real Soon Now.

It will be worth the wait, honest. Not only is the code in much better
