[gnu.gdb.bug] munch and 3.0

karl@mote.umb.edu ("Karl Berry.") (01/18/89)

Setting the PATH to be /usr/ucb:/usr/bin:/bin
might alleviate some problems with utility programs. (Or at
least some kind of warning that one might run into problems.)
The `grep' in my path was GNU grep, and that
treats
grep 'T __initialize_'

differently from /bin/grep. (This is probably a bug in GNU grep,
but nevertheless...)

Also, the .gdbinit in the source directory tries to set a breakpoint
at the function `fatal', which isn't defined, at least for a Sun 3.
