Convenience variables $r0, $sp, etc. should be predefined to mean the contents of those registers, so they can be used in expressions.

It would be nice if the pinsn code for the 68k printed reg lists for `movem' and `fmovem' insns (e.g. a1-a5/d0/d1, fp0-fp7, etc.)
