The executables linked with gcc-ld++ and /usr/local/lib/crt0+.o which was provided with g++ seem to produce incorrect executables since they never reach "main" as mentioned in the installation README. The comments seem to imply that simply typing "make" for the vax would suffice, but maybe that's not true. Has anyone installed g++ on this configuration and done anything special with crt0+.o?
