[gnu.g++.bug] Bugs in the 1.35 test distribution

Some problems with the new 1.35 test version from yahi.stanford.edu:

1. There are problems when building gcclib in the GCC part (Include files).

2. There are problems with files from the config directory including
   other files. 

3. I am maintaining different build directories for different versions
   of the operating system. make maketest does not function when the
   link ../gcc does not exists (The DIR and TDIR stuff does not work).

4. When compiling the libg++ tests on a sun3 using os4.0,  I get
   the errormessage: 
   Undefined symbols:
    __DYNAMIC
