[gnu.g++.bug] Bug in make-links.g++

In order to build g++-1.35.0- (from yahi 890512 00:00 GMT)
I had to inflict a change to make-links.g++:

$change_directory .   --->   $change_directory ..


The left statement above is obviously a null ditto!
