There are some problems with texing g++.texinfo I thought you might
want to know about. I did
1. tex g++.texinfo
2. texindex g++.??
3. tex g++.texinfo
We have the texinfo.tex macros, so unless they've been changed recently,
that's not the problem. I've included the output from the second tex run
below -- notice the undefined cross references and the overly long lines.
Should it matter, this was done on a SPARCstation 1.
