At our site, the g++ include files are in /usr/gnu/lib/g++-include. Our maintainer tells me that this is the default, with the caveat that the default also assumes /usr/local which he changed to /usr/gnu. It seems to me that a better place for the include files at our site would be /usr/gnu/include/g++, which would correspond to a default of /usr/local/include/g++. - John
