#N:uiucdcs:9500014:000:441 uiucdcs!mcewan Sep 20 16:18:00 1982 The other day, while playing version 5.2 rogue, I was searching for the door to a room, when a trap was revealed, along with the message weird trap: 7 --more-- you found When I tried identifying the trap it said there was no trap there! I almost jumped in out of curiousity, but as I was on level 19 for the first time in a long while, I didn't want to risk having ghod knows what happen to me. Has anyone else seen anything like this?

When I identified it, I thought at first there was no message, but after trying several times I saw it was writing "Weird trap: 6" and immediately erasing it. Weird is right.
