I have been trying to build g++ on a Convex C220. I seem to have gotten gcc built o.k. and g++ compiles and LOOKS o.k. -- but I am having trouble with the linker. I tried load, collect and collect2. When using collect2, recommended for Convexes in the documentation, I get an internal error. The message is something like: "INTERNAL ERROR - Invalid Symbol Type (___DTOR_LIST__ 22) in reloc_one_symbol" I'm pretty confused..and so anyone who has this working on a Convex could really be of help. jim gillis gillis@aerospace.aero.org
