[can.uucp] Forwarders, wherefore art thou forwarders

I recently sent out a flurry of mail to addresses likely to entertain
requests to be forwarders for a soon to be registered .ca domain name
for ontenv (taken from the d.can.1 map). To no avail. Anyone who
succeeded in getting forwarders want to let me in on the secret?
