Two of our connections are being dropped due to lack of volume at the request
of the other sites. Our DEMAND connection to Canada Wire (radha) is being
dropped as is our connection to NFB Animation in Montreal (onfcanim).
Please mark these as dead in your UUCP maps. I will be sending an update
to utai shortly (hoping that it will go into the next updated copy of
u.can.on.1 early in April.) The onfcanim connection will stay around for
a month or so to catch any traffic that is coming through on that path
(although I don't think that there has been any traffic at all for some time.)
