[net.games.rogue] Questions about sticks

Two questions concerning sticks:

1) What does a stick of cold do? Whenever I use it, I just throw ice.  What
	happens when it hits?  Is it useful?

2) I zapped with an unknown stick and was told I hit my target.  I got no
	indication as to the type of stick it is.  My hit points remained
	the same.  What is it?

A stick of cold is the same as a stick of fire or lightning, except for the namegiven to the bolt they fire. They also unmask mimics when they (the bolts) hit
them (the mimics).
