I've noticed that it is very similar to Magic City Micro. I haven't heard of WBBS either. Also, for the ACOS language (used by GBBS) there are different BBS code packages available. Most of the systems I run across that run ACOS have modified GBBS to such an extent that it can't be called GBBS anymore. One that I'm familiar with in using is called "TrekTech ACOS", but isn't available to others. Since he isn't running GBBS, he is annoyed at ACOS's printing of the GBBS Copyright notice every time the modem() command is used. Is there a way to remove this or, alternatively, change it to reflect his code's copyright notice, or to one of ACOS itself, not GBBS's? It seems to be encrypted in ACOS itself, not in the GBBS .Source code. >-- >Michael Gammal Apple //e & Atari Enthusiast Dawson College >gammal@altitude.CAM.ORG qp qp qp qp qp qp qp Montreal, Que. > db Support Nature db Canada __ ___________ __ /_/\/_/_______\_\/\_\ \ \_\ \__ __/ /_/ / \ __ \ | | / __ / \_\/\_\|_|/_/\/_/ / /_/ /| |\ \_\ \ /greg@hoss.unl.edu\ /_/ /_/_______\_\ \_\
