I'm desperately looking for any (low level) ArcNet documentation. Any references would be greatly appreciated. Datapoint publishes a document titled "ARCNET Designer's Handbook", number 61610. It goes into detail about the protocol, as well as the hardware and software interface. There is a companion book called "ARCNET Cabling Guide", number 51087, which describes the details of the coaxial cabling. You can order these from the Datapoint direct sales line at 800-733-1500. -Lee Ziegenhals lcz@sat.datapoint.com

Since the U.S. domestic 800 number probably won't help you much from where you'11 be calling from, try Datapoint Deutschland GmbH in Frankfurt at +49 69 67830 to order the ARCNET Designer's Handbook and Cabling Guide.
