I'm playing on a 6.? version of Rogue and have found a neat little bug with the 'u' monster (Ulodyte). This monster temporarily takes away away a point of strength every time it hits and you miss your saving roll. The bug I have found is if you take a potion of restore strength right after you kill the ulodyte (before the strength is restored). It seems the points of strength taken away by the ulodyte are still given back, thereby raising your strength. I've gone from a strength of 13 all the way up to 18/59 with one ulodyte. Not a bad way of raising strength providing you have a potion of restore strength. L. E. Schessel ihuxx!ules
