Hi, people.
        We are looking for 2 replacement residents for our group house.
absolutes:
        non-smokers, reasonably quiet, responsible - as in financial matters
        and house security, clean.
preferences:
        over 21, female, graduate student or professional, financially
        stable, emotionally and mentally stable.
the house:
        location:       ~ 4 - 1/2 blocks from the University of Maryland,
                off Adelphi Rd.  In a VERY nice, safe, quiet neighborhood,
                College Heights Estates, security conscious neighbors.
                ~ 10 houses from main metro stops/line, walking distance
                to the University of Maryland, Prince Georges Plaza and
                College Park, ~ 1.5 miles from Adelphi Shopping Center,
                ~ 2.5 miles from Beltway Plaza, ~ 3 blocks from PGC Library,
                and recreation center.
	the rooms:
	       #1:     a private room in the SHARED house, sharing a
                bathroom with two other people.  carpeted, dimmer, intercom
                good sized closet.  room dimensions ~ 13' x 12', unfurnished
                (however, some furniture could be supplied, if necessary.)
	       #2:     same as #1, except:  dimensions ~26' x 12',  and price
		a little higher 
        the house:      5 bathrooms, (4 -1/2 - really), a large livingroom,
                a large dining room, a large kitchen, 2+ refridgerators,
                a "breakfast" area/room off the kitchen, full, separate
                laundry-room, hugh, finished basement, with panneled walls,
                wet bar, fireplace, pool table, carpeted (w-w), air
                conditioning, central heat, large outside wooden deck (~ 12'
                x 40'), three levels, w-w carpet or finished wooden floors.
                off street parking for 4 cars, + plenty of street parking.
                stain glass window in front, two bay windows, double front
                doors.  Much more - well established house.
        financial:	[ partially negotiable, depending on circumstances ]
	       #1:      $300.00/month, + 1/5 utilities + phone.  lease thru
                August 31, 1991, required (take over departing person's
                lease) renewable at end of lease.  (rent may be negotiable,
                depending on circumstances.)  Security deposit (= 1 month
                rent,) required.
	       #2:	$325.00/month, + 1/5 utilities + phone.  lease thru
		August 31, 1991, required (take over departing person's

        the occupants:  3 males, 2 females, (we are replacing 1 female,
                leaving to go to school elsewhere, and one male,)

                         Chris- Works for C&P in systems security (is leaving
				to go back to his wife,)
                         Brad - Assistant Manager of Proteus Bikes - C.P.
                females: Karen- Graduate Student University of Maryland
                         Adrienne - student at another university, and the
                                person we need to replace.
        Available immediately, and you will probably want to interview at
least some of the residents.
