We have many faculty and staff members using PC-NFS 3.0.1 and up until lately all the PC's have been locked in offices. The front desk now has PC-NFS and is much more accessable. My question is: How can I prevent mounting of directories if the correct password is not given? I have tried many combinations of entries in /etc/netgroups and then putting that netgroup in the proper line of /etc/exports to no avail. I also tried exporting with the anon=-1 and a couple other variations. None do the job. I know that without the password someone is logged in as nobody but with the PC being more availible we start to worry.
