A staff of cancellation will cancel the magical abilities of the monster
hit by a bolt from it. For example: rust monsters won't rust armor,
dragons won't breathe fire, and floating eyes won't transfix you.
Umber hulks WILL CONFUSE YOU, however.

If you eat food that tastes bad, you gain 1 experience point.
