The last day of the year of course has to end with NFS problems. 1. User # 1 has a PC Limited 286 with 1 Meg of memory after booting up with PC-NFS, her terminal freezes (happens in DOS and using ftp,telnet). THis does not happen when not using the NFS autoexec.bat. I changed the base address of the 3com 3c503 board and still the same results. All ideas would be greatly appreciated. 2. A comment. Using Wollongong's NFS with PC-NFS. Doing a net print from dos if the network is busy takes forever (a long time) and sometimes there is a message that rpc to remote host failed. (1 other job at the same priority was doing some heavy I/O operations.) Is this a known weakness? Hal German "I could never work at a place that had free coffee"
