	One thing that could be improved is the end game (that is,
what happens as you return from level 26 to level 0).  If you make it
past level 18 or so on the way up, the rest of the levels are uninteresting.
Perhaps a small amount of potent monsters could be sprinkled on the
low-numbered levels on the way up.

	One of my pet peeves is that monsters can get generated in
rooms that one has just been in, and thus "knows" are empty.  It
would be more natural if all monsters were generated once, when you enter the
level, and after that the only new monsters appeared on the stairs, as
if they had come from a different level.

	Things might be more interesting if there were some probability
of a monster in hot pursuit of you following you down the stairs.

	Great game as it is, of course.
