[comp.protocols.nfs] seeking PC-NFS driver for Western Digital 16-bit ethernet card

If anyone has a copy of the PC-NFS driver needed to support
the Western Digital 16-bit ethernet card (WD8013EBT I think),
that they could uuencode and e-mail to me, I'd greatly appreciate it.
