I hestitate to ask this question but here goes........ Does anyone have any thoughts on the question of interoperability of Lan Manager or Lan Manager/X and NFS..... In todays market we are seeing lots of sites that have a mixed bag of UNIX, OS/2, and DOS... In very large enterprise networks there can be requirements for both LM and NFS.... But some think of these as seperate server islands of communications....Does this have to be? Can NFS clients access LM or LM/X servers?? Can LM clients access NFS servers? Is there glue????
