recall the earlier discussion about problems with random process deaths on SCO if the process executable is run over NFS. a fix for this is to mount your nfs partition as follows: mount -f NFS,rsize=1024,wsize=1024 host:path path this forces a block transfer size of 1k instead of the default 8k. if anyone out there tries this and it *doesn't* work, please get back to me. aloha! ; Steve Elias, eli@pws.bull.com; 617 932 5598 (voicemail) ; 508 294 0101 (SCO Unix fax) ; 508 294 7556 (work phone)
