[comp.protocols.nfs] NFS 2.0 -> 4.0 ?!?

I'm am going to be embarking on a project to update NFS from 2.0 to 4.0. 
I need some information about the job. Some of my questions are:

    How can I get a draft of the 2.0 specification?
    How can I get a draft of the 4.0 specification?
    How long "should" it take for 3 people to complete the job?

If you have done this kind of work before, I would really appreciate some
pointers.
