[comp.protocols.nfs] pcnfsd for 386/ix, this one really works!

paul@sdgsun.uucp (Paul Emerson) (01/04/91)

Since I was in a posting mood.

I pick up the most recent version of pcnfsd on this group, posted by
Geoff Arnold of SMI. This version was suppose to work with System V
machines and Interactive's 386/ix, but it didn't. So I finally sat down
and fixed it. I actually tested this version, unlike the Interactive
release which probably slipped through QA, (just kidding I know they don't
have a QA department! ). This version also doesn't assume that you have
lpr running on your host system. I have added support for System V lp.
I have been running my version under 386/ix 2.0.2, with redirected printing
without problems.

I will post my version of pcnfsd to this group, if there is enough
interest and Sun doesn't mind, (Jeff are you listening? I don't
have you address).
