I appreciate the people who now and then speak up on my behalf,
but I frankly don't object to people bitching and flaming about bugs in
rogue and how they lost wonderful games to them (although it can get
repetitive). I've lost some humdingers that way myself, and it pisses
me off to no end. I have the satisfaction of being in the position to
attempt to fix the bug (sort of like swatting the bee after it stings
you; moral but not real relief). Others don't. So let them rant. Let
them call me names. Let them get it out of their system. Besides, I
hear about more bugs that way than if people shied away from saying
less than pleasant things about rogue or me.
I can take a little abuse. And I also get lots of positive
comments to keep me going. So let's not jump all over each other about
how everyone should be nice to me. Hell, \I'm/ even not nice to me
sometimes.

P.S. This is not, however, to be taken to encourage mayhem, such as
assault, rape, bombs, or poison. Things like that I do have a hard
time accepting. Unless, of course, it is \constructive/ mayhem.
