[net.games.rogue] Help wanted in 7.0

  I have been playing in 7.0, and came upon a staff called a staff o
anti-matter.  I used it, and wiped out the monster I used it against, but
then I was unable to move from where I was.  Could some one explain this
to me, or tell me how to use this staff?
