[gnu.gcc.bug] GCC 1.29: function name too long for VMS

In GCC version 1.29:

File C-PARSE.Y refers to a function which has a name longer than 31 characters,
which the VMS linker doesn't like:
                                             
	 expand_start_loop_continue_elsewhere()
