I have compiled gcc-1.31 and gcc-1.30 on a DELL 310 running XENIX 2.3.1 . In both cases, when running gcc the following error occurs: stage1/gcc: IOT trap -- Core dumped In both cases gcc dies on line 876 of the file gcc.c inside the routine handle_braces .
