I've heard mention on the net of a game called Rogo-matic. What is it? I assume (Tony Randall aside) that it plays Rogue. What's its track record? How does it work? How come it can get on the high score list and I can't? Also, why has this group been so dead? I mean I know Rogue isn't the most self-actualizing game around BUT it can help to while away the hours when your board and don't feel like watching tv. (I mean, it's better than DRUGS [:-)].) Rog-O-Matic is an automatic rogue player, which can play 3.6, 5.2 and 5.3. More details are available from Michael Mauldin, at ucbvax!Mauldin@CMU-CS-A, or allegra!cmucmg!mauldin (I'm not sure whether the uucp path works). When the bugs are out of the curretn version, it will be posted to net.sources. Dave Sherman Magnifibeast -- {allegra,cornell,decvax,ihnp4,linus,utzoo}!utcsrgv!dave
