The last few versions of gcc (including v1.35) definitely won't configure for National's genix operating system with the config.gcc script. config.gcc says: genix) machine=ns32k cpu_type=ns32k configuration_file=xm-gnx.h ;; However, the xm file is xm-genix.h so this definitely doesn't work. Does anyone have gcc running on Genix V.3 (I'm using an Opus board with genix). I got v1.34 to run (not easily) -- I found a few problems including the tm-encore line: #define ASM_SPEC "-j" tne genix assembler doesn't have the j option, so I just took it out. I think I did I few other things to get it to work on genix-- I'm not sure what they are right now. marty ARPA: leisner.henr@xerox.com GV: leisner.henr NS: martin leisner:wbst139:xerox UUCP: hplabs!arisia!leisner
