[gnu.gcc.bug] Pyr GCC bugfix

I received an update from Jonathan Stone for the Pyr GCC port.  I have
made it available via ftp from tut.cis.ohio-state.edu in pub/gnu/gcc,
and via uucp from osu-cis in ~/gnu/gcc.  The files there are
gcc-pyr.tar.Z (updated compressed tar file) and gcc-pyr.update.Z
(compressed `diff -c') for those who picked up the initial, buggy
gcc-pyr.tar.Z.  The update is about 6Kbytes.  It fixes the float bugs
reported previously, corrects varargs handling, and improves code via
use of the pr's.
