You realize that getting to a vice president of a company as big as 
HP is not a trivial thing to do.

I believe my Project Manager or Lab manager or Site manage may have the
authority to sign such a discliamer.  I'll see if I can get the site
manager to sign it.   Obviously, I can't do it before monday.  

FAX copies, I believe have legal binding.  Would FAXing it be acceptable?
