[gnu.gcc.bug] Floating Point Initialisation

ian@sibyl.eleceng.ua.OZ (Ian Dall) (08/25/89)

Gcc doesn't seem to generate proper code to assign floating point to a
constant value. I seem to remember a while ago someone posted a bug
fix for this problem but I didn't keep it it seems. If anyone has the
fix I'd appreciate it if they sent it to me.

I am on an ns32k system but I recall the bug applied to a broad range
of machines.
