[gnu.gcc.bug] gcc 1.36 - file gcc.info-10 missing from distribution

Version: GCC 1.36
	Source is prep.ai.mit.edu:pub/gnu/gcc-1.36.tar.Z as of 24 Sep 1989.
	(2685955 Sep 24 08:33 gcc-1.36.tar.Z)
	
Problem:
	The pre-generated gcc.info-10 file referenced by gcc.info is
	missing from the distribution. This gives the GNU Emacs Info
	command an error.

Workaround:
	emacs -batch gcc.texinfo -f texinfo-format-buffer -f save-buffer

	This generates a consistent set of files: 
		gcc.info and gcc.info-{1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8}
