[gnu.gcc.bug] -lg specified when you say -g

hi - i'm adding minimal debugging support to the MIPS port
(line numbers & files).

I disabled the -g warning in tm-mips.h; when I link & specify -g,
the link_spec passes ``-lg'' to `ld'.

Why? Is this a special library I can't seem to find?
