Therefore it becomes a winning strategy to lead monsters to
each unpicked up scroll, and 'm' onto them. Also, while on acid,
you can 'm' onto flickering objects, and 5.3 will identify them
for you, before you've picked them up. This all becomes useful
when you realize each scare monster scroll CAN be used on two levels:
once when you lead a monster to it and notice that it is no longer
hitting you, kill it, and hangout and wait until all its friends
drop by, try out your unidentified wands on them, and then, after
you've exhausted your patience (and are low on food), pick up the scroll,
'c' it something like SCARE MONSTER SCROLL!! DON'T READ YOU IDIOT!!,
and move deeper into the dungeon, there to search for that most valuable ,
