We are interested in buying a printer for our TI Explorer LX II m/c (running Explorer System Release 4.1). Our previous printer TI 855 left a lot to be desired constantly giving errors in the middle of print sequences. It finally broke down (estimated repair $250). We are looking for alternatives for replacing our printer with the following constraints : (i) COST about $500 - $800, and (ii) printer should either come with software driver OR reliable public domain software should be available, and (iii) printer should be able to support screen dumps. Any help regarding this will be appreciated. I will post a summary if there is enough interest. Thanks in advance, Sreenath sree@cwsys1.cwru.edu P.S: As an incentive we will name the printer after you if your entry is selected :-). -- N.Sreenath Tel : (216)-368-6219 Systems Engineering Crawford Hall ARPA : sree@cwsys1.cwru.edu Case Western Reserve Univ.
