A while back i purchased some used Explorers from Johns Hopkins University to get acquainted with Flavors and Common Lisp and investigate a lisp dialect i'm interested in developing. I need to think about trimming my load by relinquishing these personal lisp platforms. The machines have a complete contingent of hardware and are reasonably to very up-to-date. They are loaded with lots of optional software like NFS, Prolog, Grasper, Relational Table Manager, ... They're nice machines and offer a *great* operating environment, but it's more than i need for work on my dialect. Both these machines are fully operational (and have run without hitches for months), both as standalone machines and on an ethernet network. They are running both running Explorer Release 6.0. Both machines have: Console, mouse, CPU pedestal, ethernet interface, all cables, etc... 8 MB memory 2 x 140 MB SCSI disks The LX has: 68020 coprocessor running Texas Instruments SysV r 2.3.0 Unix 1 additional 140 MB SCSI disk (for Unix) SCSI 1/4" SCSI tape cartridge LX software for TCP/IP /Busnet/ NFS communication between Unix and Lisp sides TI-85 Dot matrix printer I have two complete sets of Explorer documentation, with one set including Explorer, LX, optional packages, and TI Unix documentation assembled in binders to current modification levels. (No slight feat, that...) I also have an Explorer Odyssey (digital signal processor) board and driver software which i have not tried to install. Drop me a line or give me a call if you're interested.
