Normally it is for sources. There have been a few binaries only while there
was a bottleneck in comp.binaries.amiga. Things appear to be returning to
a flow there again.

In general this is true, but this particular binary is in service of further source distribution for some systems. I think it's a valid exception. Hopefully source will become available so it can be made available for Unix etc... -- .::.
