What is this newsgroup for ? a) talking about the latest releases of demos, b) discussion of ideas for new demos, c) discussion of programming techniques used in dewmos, d) anything else whichh is related to demos (intros). I think you are a little confused. This is a general sources
distribution newsgroup for the Amiga. There is another new alt
newsgroup called alt.amiga.demos My guess is that you just got (or
someone who posted here previously) got confused between the two (both
came out at about the same time).

No, here alt.amiga.demos shows up under alt.sources.amiga. I've tried replying to an alt.amiga.demos news thread, but I always get an error stating an illegal newgroup/does not exist. I really would like to have alt.amiga.demos here so I could participate in the discussions... Hope this gets straightened out, Metahawk metahawk@rpi.edu
