Well, I forgot. But here's the list, as compiled from the Symposium
session RS006 - RSTS/E V10.0 Overview:

  o RA70, RA90 disks supported
o Command line editing and recall (a la VMS)
o Characters echoed when read instead of as typed (if typed ahead)
o Host initiated LAT connections (for modem pools, PBS printers on servers)
o Extended logicals (up to 100 user logicals, up to 15 characters long)
o Operator Message Services (OMS) (like OPCOM on VMS, OMS+PBS replaces OPSER)
  o PRINT/NOTIFY, SUBMIT/NOTIFY
o BACKUP/IMAGE (fast on-line SAVRES IMAGE, also optimizes disks, supports
dissimilar media types for input, output disks)
o BACKUP/COPY - like PIP, but uses asynchronous I/O for speed
o Larger BACKUP blocksizes (28K, default is now 16K)
  o Faster BACKUP operation
o New file attributes: NOBACKUP (like VMS), IGNORE
o Job headers - where the command recall and logicals live - adds 2Kw to
swap max, does not detract from job size)
o Login enhancements - non-interactive time also kept, login by name
o New OPER priv (to control OMS)
  o New MSDS$ directive - maps supervisor-mode D-space
o Batch job exit status enhanced
o New F$ENVIRONMENT lexical - returns lots of stuff
o Lots of new commands and qualifiers to support the above
o COPY now determines correct transfer mode for DECnet copies - may be over-
riden by user at the DCL level
o Auto-update of Basic-Plus runtime systems (including debug mode)
  o New Sort/Merge (V3.1) - bug fixes, new manual
o RSTS Internals Manual now supplied in doc set
o REORDR allows sorting by filename/filetype

If you want more info on any of these enhancements, or have general ques-
tions, just post a followup here...
