I am posting this for a colleague who is running Opus 38.92 of Franz Lisp under Eunice BSD v4.3 on a VAX 8650. She is doing a long series of compiles (initiated by a makefile). During the compilation process (after compiling a series of files and during the compilation of yet another file) she gets the message "Signal 44 - core dumped." The code and makefile she's using work fine under lots of other configurations of Franz Lisp. The thing that's different about this configuration is that she's running Eunice. She doesn't seem to be running out of file space in /tmp or the directory where the object files are being created. Anyone have any idea what would cause the above error message and what she could do to get around the problem? Thanks. Lynne D'Autrechy
