This works for Televideo terminals: if you have arrow keys on your terminal, three of the four directions will give the correct commands for moving about as you did with "f" and h-j-k-l, etc. The one that won't work is the ctrl-j character (which is the line-feed key). (oddly enough, the actual LINE FEED key can be used for moving downwards). This may be more convenient for you than typing ctrl and the direction key. You could try this anyway -- we're not entirely sure if it will work for all terminals everywhere. Trisha (god, I hate bats) O Tuama ps: after adjusting to the new "f" function, I found I really liked it -- especially against aquators (ie rust monsters) and other little monsters.
