Why is that? I've got several theories: I've got my own theory. As simply as I can put it, women make better listeners. Women are making big advances in the fields of sales and tech support because they pay attention to what the client is saying better than men do. Although companies may be slow to notice a good thing, more and more companies are placing women in positions which have significant interaction with customers. From my own experience, I have met several salesmen who turned me off by their interest in the quick sell, while only a few saleswomen have turned me off so quickly. % make me stop don't know how to make me.
