Folks, I'll take special orders now.
If you desire the nroff MM format (already run under
nroff -mm mag), then just read the version
I'll include in this net.
But if you'd like to specialize the post- and pre- and processers,
I could send you the non- compiled version (the cat-ted version
of the same thing) and you could compile it yourself.
