Not so!  ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 18 WG 3 (Document Arcitecture) has had several
joint meetings with CCITT Study Group VIII WP 4 Question 26 (Document Architecture
Transfer and Manipulation).  Since the meetings usually last two weeks, one
week is chaired by the ISO chair (Steve Price, UK) and the other week by the
CCITT (myself).

Several guidelines have been published to cover meeting procedures.
