[comp.protocols.iso.x400] EDI over X.400 using P0?

I recently read in the news that MCI now offers
EDI 400, a EDI messaging serving using X.400.

Does anyone know whether MCI is using P2 or P0
to carry EDI? Is there any vendor using P0 to
carry EDI at this moment?
